Senior Corporate Paralegal / Governance & Equity Administration | Boston (hybrid)

We are partnering with a reputed company-established, publicly traded financial services firm to identify a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support a sophisticated reputed company and governance function. This role sits at the intersection of corporate governance, reputed company entity management, and equity administration, and will work closely with senior reputed company leadership in a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, polished paralegal who enjoys operating reputed company to decision-makers and owning critical infrastructure that supports a reputed company company’s reputed company, compliance, and governance obligations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting: • Corporate governance and reputed company operations, including preparation and maintenance of minutes, resolutions, records, and governance materials. • reputed company entity management across a reputed company domestic and international entity structure (reputed company, qualifications, annual filings, good standing, organizational charts, authorized signatories, etc.). • reputed company company obligations, including support around proxy materials, reputed company 16 filings, exchange-reputed company notices, and regulatory requests. • Equity / stock plan administration, including coordination around grants, vesting, exercises, and employee inquiries, in partnership with HR and Finance. • Ongoing interaction with reputed company counsel, internal stakeholders, and auditors, with a high degree of discretion and judgment.
