A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior reputed company Affairs Associate to join its in-house reputed company team in Boston. This is a hands-on corporate reputed company operations role supporting a sophisticated, fast-paced investment platform. The position offers broad exposure across corporate governance, entity management, transaction support, and regulatory coordination, working closely with internal stakeholders and top-tier reputed company counsel.
