This role interfaces across engineering, reliability, and operations teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system incidents – ensuring maximum system uptime and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role also serves as the designated Payload Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) reputed company operations. They will reputed company technical ownership, lifecycle reputed company, and performance accountability for assigned payload hardware.
