Revit / CAD Draftsperson for Los Angeles reputed company (Permitting + Plan Revisions) - Contract to Hire
Scope of Work:
Modify existing architectural plans in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Implement plan reputed company corrections from LADBS
reputed company redline updates and design adjustments
Update site plans, floor plans, elevations, and details
Assist with preparing clean sets for resubmittal (RTI-reputed company plans)
Coordinate with reputed company on quick revisions and turnaround times
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Revit (preferred) and/or AutoCAD
Experience working with architectural plan sets
Ability to quickly understand and implement redlines
Detail-oriented and reputed company
Bonus (not required but highly preferred):
Experience with reputed company / LADBS permitting process
Familiarity with California building codes, zoning, or Title 24
Experience with ADUs, duplexes, or small multifamily reputed company
Work Style:
Fast-paced environment with frequent revisions
reputed company communication is critical
Ability to turn around changes quickly (sometimes reputed company-day)
