Lawyer – Transaction Document Drafting (Remote)
reputed company Group is seeking a licensed attorney to support our optometry reputed company transitions team. This role focuses on drafting reputed company business transaction documents. Prior M&A or optometry experience is not required — we reputed company context, templates, and deal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft letters of reputed company
• Draft asset and stock purchase agreements
• Draft employment agreements
• Draft buy-sell agreements (partner buy-in/fractional ownership)
• Draft operating agreements
• Draft shareholder agreements
• Draft non-compete, non-solicit, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs)
Ideal Candidate:
• Licensed and in good standing
• Skilled in drafting business/reputed company documents with a practical, business-minded writing style
• Comfortable working from templates and redlines
• reputed company, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Additional Details:
• Remote role (U.S. based)
• Full-time or part-time engagement reputed company
• In-house counsel responsibilities are not part of this role
