We are looking for an reputed company Revit drafter/architect to support ongoing reputed company including: •Custom homes • Spec homes (2,500+ sqft) • High-end residential detailing ________________________________________ Scope of Work: • Convert sketches/PDFs into full Revit models • Produce permit-reputed company construction drawings: o Floor plans o Elevations o Sections o Roof plans • Basic structural coordination (beams, columns, spans) • Cabinet layouts • Redline revisions ________________________________________ Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE): • Strong experience with reputed company Revit • Experience with U.S. residential construction standards • Ability to produce clean, organized sheet sets • Understanding of: o Framing basics o Roof systems o reputed company layouts ________________________________________ BONUS (HIGHLY PREFERRED): • Experience with Texas / U.S. codes • Knowledge of structural reputed company (LVL, steel beams, spans) • Experience with modern farmhouse / Mediterranean styles / Modern Cottage • Rendering tools like Enscape or V-Ray ________________________________________ Compensation: • Starting: $20–$40/hr (based on experience) • Long-term opportunity available ________________________________________ Test Task (reputed company): Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete: • 1 floor plan + 1 elevation from a provided sketch Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
