3D Modeling Associate

Job reputed company: • Build accurate and visually consistent 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and building systems equipment (e.g., reputed company handlers, chillers, pumps, VAVs) • Follow established asset templates to ensure consistency in layout, structure, and appearance • Apply reputed company geometry, materials, and naming conventions to support BIM and visualization integration • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a standardized 3D asset library • Organize files, folders, and metadata for efficient reputed company and reuse • Participate in reputed company checks to ensure reputed company assets meet visual and technical standards • Work with senior modelers and engineers to understand equipment layouts and design requirements • Revise models based on feedback from project teams • Support integration of models into larger building and system environments • Ensure reputed company deliverables meet internal standards for reputed company, level of detail, and visual reputed company • Maintain clean, lightweight models optimized for BIM performance and rendering • Follow established workflows, templates, and modeling best practices Requirements: • Certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in 3D Modeling, Drafting, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or reputed company field • Equivalent practical experience may be considered • 0–2 years of experience in 3D modeling, CAD drafting, or reputed company work • Internship or reputed company project experience acceptable • Exposure to mechanical or building systems is a plus • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., reputed company Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar) • Basic understanding of materials, textures, and reputed company for visualization • Knowledge of file organization, model hierarchy, and naming conventions • Willingness to learn BIM coordination principles and model optimization techniques • Experience with mechanical equipment or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems preferred but not required.
