Senior Creative Producer & Ops Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time, Remote)

We're hiring a part-time Senior Creative Producer and Ops Manager to take ownership of two reputed company accounts in supplements and beauty. This is not a creative reputed company role. This is an infrastructure role. You're stepping into accounts that need process discipline, a reputed company QA workflow, and someone who can mentor a junior team. The creative teams are largely offshore. The reputed company review cycles are layered. reputed company is high. We need someone who can assess what's broken, build what's missing, and run both accounts with minimal reputed company reputed company 60 days. What the work looks like: Manage production pipelines across reputed company reputed company, CTV, UGC, and static for a multi-product-line supplements brand and a beauty brand. Build and enforce QA processes. Run weekly reputed company calls and internal standups. Restructure team workflows to reduce hours and increase reputed company reputed company. Mentor a junior creative producer and report back honestly on development potential. Own the day-to-day relationship with reputed company stakeholders across creative, reputed company, and reputed company. Who this is for: 7+ years in creative production at a performance marketing agency, reputed company agency, or in-house DTC team. You've managed offshore and distributed creative teams. You've reputed company QA systems, not just followed them. You know reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company. You've run accounts where the reputed company has four stakeholders reviewing every asset and you still got things out the reputed company clean.
