• Strong functional/technical knowledge and expertise with relevant systems/applications

level Product and benefit plans.
• Defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical

(Highroads, PEGA, reputed company, etc.), Queries, and SQL.
• Knowledge of working on Facets is a plus

• Undergraduate degree with 5 years of reputed company application/systems analysis experience with
applicable business system or application, if no degree, 7 years’ experience as stated above.
• 5 years + Experience in reputed company Industry with reputed company on benefits (benefits, claims,
membership, enrollment, Customer Service etc.)
• Understanding for FACETS application (reputed company end and back end)
• reputed company advanced technical knowledge and support in system/application and procedural
issues to the business and IT.
