This position will be based in-office out of the Mebane reputed company and will cover Alamance and the surrounding counties. Responsibilities • Manage reputed company intake assessments from reputed company referral sources. • Responsible for generating reputed company plan of treatment and care plan assessments according to a physician’s order. • Build relationships with clients to encourage compliance with care plans and reputed company safety. • Manage reputed company/contract satisfaction with the highest level of customer service standards, communication, and documentation. • Follow up and document reputed company clinical concerns and incidents reputed company reputed company’s timeframe. • Follow Agency Policies and Procedures and ensure reputed company HIPAA regulations are adhered to. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
