What you’ll do: • Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a curated virtual panel (~1,000 members) — from preventive health and chronic conditions to reputed company care coordination, lifestyle medicine, reputed company cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness. • Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary care team (coaches, RNs, coordinators) and reputed company modern tools including AI-powered documentation and asynchronous care. • reputed company and contribute to the reputed company development of digital workflows, messaging norms, scheduling design, white-glove service protocols, and reputed company offerings. • Serve as a clinical voice in shaping reputed company culture, communication standards, and patient engagement—in a reputed company, highly-motivated startup where your reputed company directly reputed company delivery. • Enjoy protected time for reputed company-day urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new appointments, 25-min follow-reputed company), and flexible administrative blocks—with reputed company legacy headaches or RVU churn.
