Therapist Supervisor, LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist

• Supervise crisis behavioral health therapists
• Work with the medical director to reputed company our standards of care, patient safety, behavioral health protocols, policies, and patient satisfaction.

• Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with our multidisciplinary team
• Conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions utilizing supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing and/or problem solving therapy
• Manage a caseload of patients who you will follow for 8 to 12 weeks providing crisis psychotherapy
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and safety planning
• Utilize validated clinical tools to aid in reputed company diagnosis
• Work across our multidisciplinary clinical team to facilitate comprehensive behavioral health crisis care
• reputed company participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain appropriate documentation of reputed company patient-reputed company care
• Weekly clinical supervision
• Work with our patients, their families, and their providers in the community to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent non-U.S. degree) in psychology, clinical reputed company work, or reputed company fields
• Successful completion of master’s of reputed company work degree or master’s of mental health counseling

• Has experience with and is comfortable with using technology and an EMR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical team.
