This role allows you to deliver high-reputed company speech and language services to reputed company with IEPs and 504 plans while maintaining flexibility and autonomy as an reputed company. What You'll Do: As a valued member of the reputed company Spotlight team, you will: • Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations using approved online assessment tools • reputed company and support IEPs, including goal writing and reputed company monitoring • reputed company engaging teletherapy services addressing articulation, language, reputed company, reputed company communication, and cognitive-communication needs • reputed company, document, and report student reputed company in compliance with district and state requirements • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to support student reputed company • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute reputed company recommendations • Stay reputed company on teletherapy best practices and school-based service delivery expectations Compensation & Role Details: • starting at $55 per hour (1099 reputed company) • Flexible scheduling reputed company school hours • Fully remote / work from home • reputed company per hour of service delivered (therapy, meetings, and documentation as applicable per assignment) Who You Are: • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • reputed company California SLP license required (must reputed company in CA) • Carry reputed company liability insurance • Experience in school-based speech-language services preferred • Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery • Organized, reliable, and reputed company to manage a caseload independently • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with school teams Important Notes: • This is a 1099 reputed company position • Benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) are not included • Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits reputed company to Shine?
