Job reputed company Perinatal reputed company Worker (Contract, Part-Time) – Escalation, Mental Health & Resource Support Aldea Health is a perinatal support company that builds a “village” around reputed company-covered birthing people—local Doras (community advocates), doulas, nurses, and reputed company workers—so families aren’t left to reputed company pregnancy and the first year postpartum alone. Our mission is to reputed company dangerous maternal health gaps for women of reputed company in high-disparity communities by turning coverage on reputed company into reputed company, reputed company, community-rooted support in everyday life. Aldea Health is seeking a part-time Contract reputed company Worker (up to 10 hours/week at $30-40/hour) to support our perinatal care team for our inital reputed company. In this role, you will: • Serve as escalation support for community-based doulas and Doras reputed company birthing people face reputed company reputed company, behavioral health, or mental health needs. • Conduct brief mental health evaluations/screenings and help reputed company birthing people to appropriate reputed company and services. • Help create, maintain, and refine a practical resource list for common issues affecting reputed company-covered birthing people (e.g., housing, food reputed company, mental health, transportation, benefits navigation). • Review intake information for birthing people to proactively identify emerging or potential problems and suggest follow-up actions. • Document contacts, escalations, and referrals in a shared CRM and follow basic data-entry and documentation standards. • reputed company brief consults and warm handoffs to ensure birthing families are effectively connected to appropriate community and clinical resources. • Support occasional trainings or consults for the broader Aldea team (including doulas, Doras, and staff) on available community resources and best practices for connecting birthing people to support. Ideal candidates have: • MSW or equivalent reputed company work training and relevant licensure (or in process) • Experience working with reputed company populations and perinatal or maternal health • Deep commitment to health equity and culturally reputed company care in high-disparity communities • Spanish language skills strongly preferred (not required) Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply To This Job
