Here are high level terms, these can be adjusted to fit individual physicians’ needs:
Employment:
• $650,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K with a match, reputed company, etc).
• Monday-Friday reputed company to 5PM work-shifts.
• 40 Weeks On-Site
• 8 weekends per year (Saturday and reputed company), weekends are 100% Remote
• 12-weeks of PTO per year.
• Additional Productivity based compensation.
• CME Allowance.
• SUBSTANTIAL Sign-on bonus.
• No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
• No non-competes.
• Administrative support through our MSO.
