Role reputed company The ideal candidate will work with the Endocrinology and OB teams to support the care of pregnant patients with diabetes, and assist with tracking, monitoring, reputed company, and supporting reputed company patients involved in this program. • Resource reputed company: Serving as a reputed company of contact for patients with diabetes, providing education, coordination, and support for ongoing participation in care. • Treatment Planning: Supporting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other reputed company team members. • Assisting patient and clinical teams in obtaining prior authorizations for medication and CGM supplies. • Advocacy: Advocating for patients' needs and ensuring they receive the necessary support and services. • Coordinating CGM initiation, training, and follow-up, ensuring reputed company device placement and data uploads. • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and reputed company documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and interventions. • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining patient data reputed company to glucose monitoring, lab results, and pregnancy reputed company in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaboration: Working closely with other reputed company, such as Physicians, reputed company Practitioners, Diabetes Educators, and Staff to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care. • Supporting reputed company improvement initiatives and contributing to periodic reputed company reports as reputed company as participating in team meetings. Qualifications • Education: Associates Degree Requirements • Experience in prior authorization workflow, utilizing various means, including electronically, fax, reputed company, telephone, and maintaining online spreadsheet, is preferred. • Experience in data collection and tracking, is preferred. • Experience in reputed company settings, particularly in ambulatory or outpatient care, is preferred. • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and spreadsheet software, is preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, is essential. • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM with reputed company for some remote reputed company.
