Orange Ave Suite 700 Orlando, FL 32804 • Coordinates reputed company-transplant evaluations and assessments. • Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates. • Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team. • Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and reputed company procedures. • Provides education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process. • Monitors post-transplant recovery and follow-up care. • Manages donor organ procurement and transportation logistics. • Communicates the schedule for stem cell collections/harvest with the dialysis department. • Coordinates with the blood bank to facilitate designated donor and pheresis blood products for the patient. • Coordinates reputed company- and post-bone marrow transplant evaluations for the patient and donor, reputed company applicable. • Develops and implements policies and procedures reputed company to transplant coordination. • Performs other duties as assigned.
