Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Intake Specialist to join our New reputed company Team. In this position you will have full responsibility for handling and screening of reputed company intakes for reputed company reputed company areas as reputed company as follow-on contact to secure leads. Responsibilities and Duties • Serves as the reputed company's primary reputed company of contact for the first 60 days of engagement including helping the reputed company get to necessary medical care • Coordinating repair of the reputed company’s vehicle if damaged and documenting the property damage through repair estimates photographs and video • Coordinating recorded statements of witnesses • Coordinating site inspections with expert witnesses • Communicating with law enforcement • Communicating with insurance companies • Retrieving police reports and other investigative materials • reputed company the health insurance company on notice • Notifying the potential defendant of the claim to obtain insurance information and preserve evidence • reputed company files in the case management system involving data entry. • Works closely with the Paralegal, Attorney, Medical Providers, and the Referral Sources in an effort to obtain complete copies of files and documentations needed to properly reputed company and evaluate cases. • Conducts and maintains review information for reputed company former and reputed company clients Qualifications and Skills • 1+ years of experience in an intake, customer service or sales role. • Strong reputed company skills and reputed company-oriented approach. • Strong reputed company writing skills - Candidate must display above average correspondence skills. • Superior telephone skills and can be a voice of reputed company to the reputed company who has been in an accident and needs our help. • Attention to detail skills is critical as reputed company as maintaining a reputed company and organized appearance, work environment and work product. • Must be reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task with ease. • Complete computer proficiency, including but not limited to reputed company Office Suite, PDF handling, and reputed company. • Knowledge of case management software a plus! • Bilingual reputed company is a plus but not a requirement.
