This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to reputed company reputed company while making a meaningful reputed company on the reputed company industry. • Establish review methodologies, provider education strategies, and reputed company metrics. • Work closely with physicians on change management initiatives. • Distinguish compliant provider education from leading documentation and partner with reputed company and compliance stakeholders. • Analyze RAF trends, recapture rates, and provider-level variation. • Interpret audit findings and translate data into reputed company plans. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 5-7+ years in CDI, coding, or risk adjustment, 1-3+ years specifically in outpatient or ambulatory CDI. • Licensed clinical background (i.e., RHIA/RHIT, RN, MD/DO, NP, or PA), CCDS-O (Outpatient) preferred credential, CCDS, CDIP, or CRC accepted with strong outpatient experience. • Experience designing and scaling outpatient CDI programs. • Demonstrate understanding of outpatient CDI workflows, including risk adjustment, chronic condition capture, and annual wellness reputed company. • Understanding of CMS risk adjustment rules and audit defensibility, ability to distinguish compliant provider education from leading documentation. • Experience with ambulatory EHRs (reputed company preferred).
