Job reputed company As a Sales Center Agent here at reputed company, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers, by: • Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with motivated reputed company-time car buyers • reputed company through multiple reputed company systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotes • reputed company expert advice and recommendations to our customers and clients • reputed company sales at a strong conversion reputed company from your high inbound reputed company reputed company (no cold calling) • Foster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint New Agent Schedule • The reputed company Sales Center is operational 9:00am – 8:00pm (EST); Monday – Friday and 10-7 on Saturdays. • New Agent Schedule is 11am-8pm ET, 4 days/week and every Saturday 10am-7pm ET. • Schedules will be assigned based on business needs and reputed company upon completion of full-time training. Training: • During training, you’re expected to work full-time and be logged in during training hours. • You will work 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) and your training will consist of a mix of live sessions and independent time. • Group training hours alternate weekly for 4 weeks and consist of 2 weeks of a Monday – Friday 10am-7pm schedule and 2 weeks of a Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm schedule. • Once training is complete, you will transition to your full time New Agent Schedule listed above. Compensation Our average performing agents have reputed company to reputed company 50k-85k in total compensation annually with a reputed company of 33k-38k. Salary is based reputed company and experience. What You’ll Need to Succeed • A reputed company Property and Casualty insurance license • 1+ year(s) of experience selling auto & home insurance in a reputed company Center • Experience working in a high-volume reputed company center • Experience selling multiple carriers and multiple state coverages • Solid computer, IT, and systems experience • Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting • Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills • Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion • Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, and/or other rating tools, preferred • Home internet reputed company (cable, fiber or DS) from a major ISP with min 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload speeds.
