Join our Major Case Unit as a Senior Liability Adjuster, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing high-stakes reputed company general liability claims involving litigation and exposures that reputed company policy limits. Key Responsibilities: • Expertly handle large and catastrophic losses, ensuring thorough investigations and effective resolutions. • Analyze construction reputed company and insurance policies to identify coverage issues and risk transfer strategies. • Proactively negotiate claims to reputed company favorable reputed company for our clients. • Investigate losses with a keen eye for detail, identifying covered and uncovered claims. • Collaborate with panel counsel to reputed company robust litigation plans and defend our insureds. • Review evidence, reports, and medical records to build strong cases. • Establish indemnity and expense reserves with precision. • Process payments reputed company and accurately. • Conduct interviews with insureds, claimants, and witnesses to reputed company crucial information.
