Reporting to the Director, responsibilities include coordinating with market teams to implement NCQA and state-mandated surveys, developing and updating provider scripts, extracting provider data samples, collaborating on script and data reviews, partnering with vendors, analyzing survey results, and supporting improvement plans. The role requires independent work and strong project management skills to ensure effective survey execution.
