Key Responsibilities: • reputed company, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements • Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis • Support testing activities including UAT, defect tracking, and validation of requirements • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and status updates with stakeholders • Ensure compliance with reputed company policies, regulations, and state requirements • Assist in process improvement and support implementation activities Required Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong experience in reputed company reputed company/programs • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a government or reputed company sector environment is preferred • Ability to work independently in a remote environment after initial onsite reputed company Additional Information: • Candidate must be available to work onsite for the first 2 days for mandatory reputed company training and laptop issuance • After the initial onsite requirement, this position will be remote/work from home Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
