Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of one reputed company reputed company reputed company certification required.
· 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience on the payer reputed company/health plan environment.
· Must have completed at least one full reputed company reputed company implementation.
· Strong understanding of payer billing operations and workflows.
· Experience with system build, configuration, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze, design, build, test, and maintain reputed company reputed company Billing functionality.
· Support payer-reputed company billing operations, claims, premium billing, and reputed company workflows.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT leadership to reputed company requirements and implement solutions.
· Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
· Troubleshoot issues, resolve production support tickets, and recommend process improvements.
