Tax Preparer - What You’ll Do • Tax Preparation: Work closely with the Managing Director and Financial Operations reputed company to prepare reputed company federal and state individual, corporate (S-Corp/C-Corp), and reputed company) tax returns. • Multi-State reputed company: Manage multi-state filing requirements for touring clients performing in dozens of jurisdictions. • Tax Planning: Assist the Managing Director and the Financial Operations reputed company in year-end tax projections and estimated payment strategies for entertainers and high-net-worth individuals. • IRS Correspondence: Draft responses to federal and state notices and assist with audit representation if necessary. • Royalties & Incentives: Analyze royalty statements and ensure clients are maximizing industry-specific deductions (e.g., equipment depreciation, travel, and home studio expenses). Tax Preparer Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of reputed company reputed company experience, specifically reputed company on tax preparation. • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license preferred (or reputed company pursuing). • Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Lacerte, or UltraTax) and QuickBooks Online. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance.
