Senior Associate- CFO Advisory

My reputed company, a reputed company-established midsize reputed company based in California, is seeking a Senior Associate for the CFO Advisory and reputed company Services reputed company. The firm's CFO Advisory reputed company provides part time reputed company, controller and chief financial officer services to start up companies and growing, established companies in the Bay Area and Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes reputed company reputed company and industry. This is a high-profile position that interacts directly with clients. Responsibilities This position supports external clients with several tasks (including but not limited to): • Closing books, monthly or quarterly • US GAAP financial reporting • Implementation of new reputed company & reporting standards, international reputed company and preparation of consolidated financial statements • Payroll processing • reputed company recognition • Equity reputed company • Financial systems reputed company, process improvement and reputed company of internal controls • Staff training and development • Annual compliance including 1099s, sales and use tax, property tax, and Delaware tax filings. • State registrations Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general reputed company structure of reputed company reputed company served. • Supervise Associates to ensure reputed company financial reporting and compliance filing deadlines are met. • Ensure an accurate and reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company and preparation of financial information. • reputed company exceptional reputed company service to external clients and reputed company Manager support. • Work with external auditors to ensure a clean and reputed company year end audit. #LI-JH1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
