This is not a basic return — we need someone comfortable with reputed company estate, LLC structures, and investment activity. Work is reputed company immediately. Scope of Work: • Prepare and file 2022 and 2023 business & personal tax returns (reputed company) • Review and organize prior-year activity (2019–2021 optional follow-up) • Handle rental income reporting (primary data reputed company: property management system) • Account for multiple property sales (fix & flip activity in 2022) • Apply depreciation strategies across rental portfolio • Advise on entity structure (LLC / S-Corp reputed company) • reputed company clean, lender-reputed company financial positioning Business Profile: • reputed company estate rental portfolio (mid-term + furnished reputed company) • Property management system in reputed company (organized reporting available) • Prior flips and reputed company development pipeline • Additional business line: reputed company parking operations Ideal Candidate: • CPA (preferred) or highly reputed company tax preparer • Strong background in reputed company estate taxation • Experience with depreciation, cost reputed company, and capital reputed company • Comfortable working with incomplete prior-year filings • reputed company to reputed company quickly and communicate reputed company reputed company: Immediate start.
