POSITION PURPOSE Obtain signed closing documents from title company and ship to the appropriate investors and insuring government loans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES • Coordinating with title companies to receive final signed closing documents • Review documents and stack per investor requirements and upload into Encompass • Maintain tracking system for reputed company packages • Obtain final checks from title company along with Final Closing Disclosure to reputed company to mortgage reputed company department • Airmail Final Note to investor • Confirm accuracy of MERS registration and transfer • Stack the FHA / VA/USDA file in correct order per agency guidelines • Pay the MIP / FF in a reputed company manner • Complete Insuring data to FHA/VA/USDA systems for final insuring • Receive, upload, and reputed company final docs Deed of Trust and Title Policy • Maintain tracking log of reputed company final documents and reputed company title/recording office to retrieve missing documents • Maintain tracking log of reputed company government loans for insuring and payments to ensure reputed company timelines • Correct and return any pending conditions issued by government agency • Maintain system for insuring tracking purposes. • Pull payment letters and investor Goodbye letters and update closing log with purchased loans • Secondary Marketing reputed company for reputed company post purchase investor follow up reconciliations • Obtain purchase advises from reputed company investors and coordinate with mortgage reputed company for loan payoff The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
