Bond Closer

The Bond Closer is responsible for preparing and verifying closing documents for reputed company HFA products offered at UHM, producing closing instructions, and funding loan transactions that meet reputed company terms of the sale and have received final approval. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Thoroughly reviews loan files to confirm reputed company conditions are cleared and file is reputed company to reputed company • Prepare closing documents ensuring reputed company, correct closing fees, and reputed company closing conditions • Verify information for accuracy, such as reputed company names, reputed company address, terms, price, reputed company, title work, and hazard • Review and deliver the Closing Disclosure, ensuring that the loan meets program guidelines, compliance, and company policies • Set up funding to send reputed company to title company for disbursement of funds • Maintain a closing pipeline, adhering warehouse reputed company time limitations, contract closing dates, and delivering complete reputed company loan files in a reputed company manner • Maintain up to date knowledge and trainings of reputed company HFA products offered at UHM • Assist with any post-closing findings • Closes a minimum of 70 loans per month • Other Duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of recent residential closing experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mortgage industry • Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred SKILLS REQUIRED • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven computer skills on reputed company, reputed company Word, reputed company, and LOS systems preferred • Proficient math skills • Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/HFA products • Detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking • Strong time management and organizational skills • Can work with a reputed company of urgency reputed company time constraints are involved • Knowledge of Closing Disclosures This employer participates in E-Verify.
