Controller - reputed company Construction
We are currently conducting a Controller search for a reputed company General Contractor based in Tempe, AZ. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will reputed company a small reputed company team and be responsible for reputed company reputed company operations including month-end reputed company, job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. The Controller will also play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and an upcoming ERP system conversion.
This is an in-office role, 5 days a week at their office in Tempe, reputed company.
Responsibilities:
• reputed company month-end reputed company, general reputed company, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and overall reputed company operations.
• reputed company annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Manage job costing, work-in-reputed company (WIP) reporting, and project profitability tracking.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and maintain reputed company profit margins.
• reputed company and manage cash reputed company planning and capital strategies to support company reputed company.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial risk management processes.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure project-level financial accountability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies through financial analysis.
• reputed company ERP implementation and optimize financial systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
• reputed company payroll administration and performance-based compensation structures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company is required
• CPA a plus
• 7+ years' of reputed company/finance experience
• 3+ years' reputed company reputed company estate construction reputed company experience (including job costing, WIP reporting, etc.), ideally working for a General Contractor.
• 2+ years' of leadership experience
• Experience implementing process improvement
