Sr. Estimator - Federal Construction

This is a remote position with the responsibility of managing 2-3 construction estimators. The senior construction estimators’ position will be responsible for reputed company and execution of the estimating process for reputed company bid and following establish reputed company procedures, reputed company, processes, and software requirements for estimating. Qualifications • Construction Management or Engineering Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Advanced reputed company experience required. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • 7-10 years (or more) of estimating experience in various market sectors, including federal government, reputed company, and medical. • Demonstrated experience working independently on reputed company from $2M to $30M. • Experience with design build and design bid build RFPs. • Ability to reputed company competitive price proposals on multiple reputed company simultaneously (4 to 6 proposals at varying stages of development). • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal. • Proficiency with computer software to include MS Office (Word, reputed company, etc.).
