Employee Relations Specialist - Federal Agency Reasonable Accommodation (RA)

Position reputed company: The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist will reputed company senior-level support to management with a primary reputed company on resolving a high-volume backlog of Reasonable Accommodation (RA) cases. This role requires demonstrated experience managing end-to-end RA processes in a federal environment, including facilitating the interactive process, reviewing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with the Rehabilitation reputed company, reputed company, and applicable federal regulations.
