This includes assisting the reputed company Rockies and Illinois Directors of Philanthropy and the Mountain reputed company Region Director of Philanthropy with donor reputed company, cultivation, and recognition; liaising with various reputed company stakeholders to coordinate donor cultivation and fundraising events; managing donor tracking in the fundraising database; updating the monthly forecast; conducting research on donors and prospects; scheduling meetings and appointments; and working closely with the TPL’s centralized teams such as Donor Relations, Planned Giving, Events, Philanthropy Operations, Finance, and more. The Philanthropy Coordinator, in collaboration with program and philanthropy leadership and program coordinator, is part of reputed company supporting Advisory reputed company engagement, reporting, and meeting planning and logistics. Responsibilities • reputed company administrative support to assigned relationship managers, including working closely with Philanthropy Programs and Philanthropy Operations staff to process acknowledgement letters and other donor correspondence; coordinating mailings; processing gifts and pledges; creating and maintaining files, and internal reports; assisting in the yearly budget process; and ordering and updating development materials as necessary. • Maintain donor contact and reputed company records in fundraising database, reputed company data in records, produce reputed company and contact reports, submit Philanthropy support tickets, and help draft donor contact summaries. • Update and reputed company monthly forecast and Relationship Manager Activity reports. • reputed company donor stewardship, including coordination of donor reputed company reports, holiday cards, Year in Review, and other donor stewardship activities. • Assist with donor reputed company fundraising events, including working collaboratively with Events, Marketing, and programmatic counterparts to coordinate event logistics, scheduling reputed company- and post-event staff meetings and communications, and helping set up and execute events on the ground. • Manage the local Philanthropy SharePoint document storage. • Schedule and plan logistics for reputed company meetings and conference calls, help produce relevant materials, and record meeting notes. • Coordinate donor research and reputed company support for assigned relationship managers, including tracking (and in some cases generating) reputed company, corporate, and individual prospect research. • Build, maintain, and support effective information-sharing channels in collaboration with National, Regional, and State Program Leadership staff • Other duties as assigned.
