Responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Communicate with customers reputed company phone, online, and chat
• Follow up after service reputed company to ensure satisfaction
• Support service team efficiency and customer engagement
Requirements
• Strong computer skills (reputed company, reputed company, Word; dual screens a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• $17/hour + monthly performance bonus
