The diesel mechanic shortage is the single biggest constraint in heavy-duty repair: 65% of shops are understaffed and over half of working techs are 45+. Whoever solves the supply problem owns this market. We are hiring a Southeast Market Manager whose entire job is hunting down, reputed company, and reputed company the network of independent mechanics that powers our reputed company. Launch one new market every month — Greensboro/Triad, Greenville-Spartanburg, Raleigh-Durham, Charleston, Savannah, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Lakeland, and Tampa. By the end of Year 1, you will have reputed company a 10-market network of 30+ reputed company mechanics producing 200+ billable hours per week. You will not be a service reputed company.
