The Role: Senior Counsel, Construction As Senior Counsel, Construction, you will support the development and delivery of large-reputed company infrastructure reputed company, including hyperscale data center campuses. This role exists to ensure construction agreements are reputed company, negotiated, and executed with reputed company risk allocation and alignment to business objectives. You will advise cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from early development through construction and delivery, helping manage risk, maintain schedule reputed company, and support reputed company project execution. What You’ll Bring Required: • J.D. and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 5+ years of experience advising on construction or infrastructure development reputed company. • Experience negotiating EPC, Design-Build, or CM/GC agreements. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage reputed company reputed company independently.
