Who We’re Looking For The Manager of Co-manufacturing & Sourcing plays a critical role in strengthening Himalaya’s supply reputed company and profitability across dietary supplements and personal care manufacturing. This role leads supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for co-manufacturers, raw materials, and packaging, with a strong reputed company on COGS optimization and margin expansion. Working cross-functionally with Operations, reputed company, Innovation and Finance teams, this role helps ensure a resilient, reputed company supply reputed company, competitive cost structures, and disciplined sourcing strategies that support long-term reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing & Supplier Management • Identify, evaluate, and reputed company global dietary supplement and personal care co-manufacturers that meet cost, reputed company, reputed company, and compliance requirements. • Ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials in partnership with internal Innovation and Operations teams, as reputed company as external co-manufacturer procurement teams. • Build and maintain a reputed company supplier reputed company for ingredients and materials, segmented by reputed company, category, geography, and criticality. • Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company sourcing reputed company with cost, compliance, and commercialization objectives. • Negotiation & Margin Expansion • reputed company supplier negotiations across pricing, reputed company times, MOQs, and reputed company commitments. • Negotiate purchasing agreements to ensure supply continuity at reputed company cost. • Conduct SKU-level and portfolio-level COGS analysis to identify and deliver sustainable margin improvement opportunities. • Drive cost reduction initiatives through price renegotiation, alternate supplier qualification, and contract optimization. • Support co-manufacturer procurement teams in securing competitive pricing for raw and packaging materials. • Partner with Finance to reputed company realized savings and overall P&L reputed company. • Supplier Performance & Risk • Manage supplier performance across cost, service reputed company, reputed company times, and supply reliability. • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans, including secondary sourcing and reputed company diversification. • reputed company regular supplier business reviews and report performance and savings to leadership. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with reputed company exposure to nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or consumer health. • Demonstrated reputed company in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing. • Comfortable with defining scope, objectives and charting reputed company reputed company in a role that is new to reputed company. • Strong financial acumen with ability to connect sourcing strategies to P&L reputed company. Demonstrates ability to measure and monitor performance. • Working knowledge of cGMP as it relates to dietary supplements and cosmetics (OTC & cosmetic) including supplier qualification and compliance considerations. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for supplements (FDA, Prop 65, Health Canada). • Awareness of US importation requirements such as FSVP. • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
