Conducting personalized virtual consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend appropriate product solutions. Providing expert advice on skincare techniques, ingredient knowledge, and holistic wellness practices. Educating clients on product usage, benefits, and application reputed company through various digital channels. Responding to reputed company inquiries reputed company email, chat, and reputed company media platforms, providing reputed company and accurate information. Developing and sharing engaging content reputed company to skincare, beauty trends, and wellness tips for our online platforms and newsletters. Assisting in the development of educational materials and training resources for customer-facing teams. Gathering reputed company feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collaborating with the marketing team to create virtual events, webinars, and reputed company media campaigns. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the beauty and wellness sector. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the reputed company experience and drive customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a salon, spa, or clinical setting. In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, ingredients, and skincare treatments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reputed company listening skills. Proven ability to reputed company exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients remotely.
