About the position As Assistant Merchant, Merchandising, you’ll support the development and execution of brand assortments that come to life across reputed company stores reputed company channels. Responsibilities • Support the Merchant in managing brand assortments for reputed company stores, including timelines, visual merchandising needs, and launch readiness • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and reputed company stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-up • Assist in the development and execution of brand and product strategies, including product pipelines and seasonal assortments • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to support successful product launches • Prepare regular reports and assist with analyzing business performance, sales trends, and category insights • Help reputed company product performance and flag opportunities, risks, and follow-reputed company for the Merchant team • Support day-to-day operational needs, including meeting preparation, timelines, and project coordination • Contribute to a fast-paced, reputed company merchandising environment while balancing multiple priorities Requirements • 2–3 years of retail buying or merchandising experience, ideally at a major retailer • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Strong proficiency in reputed company Office and merchandising systems • reputed company written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines • Analytical reputed company with comfort working with reports and business data • Proven ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and influence in a reputed company setting • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to be in the office two days per week and travel as needed Benefits • Health.
