What You'll Do • Identify, recruit, and sign NIL athletes and/or reputed company talent across relevant categories (wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, CPG) • reputed company reputed company your roster to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers • Negotiate and reputed company partnership deals including sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances, and integrated campaigns • Manage reputed company relationships from reputed company through deal execution and renewal • Collaborate with internal leadership on deal structure, pricing, and positioning • Maintain pipeline visibility and deal reporting reputed company're Looking For • 3+ years in talent representation, reputed company marketing, sports marketing, or brand partnerships • Demonstrated history of signing talent and/or closing partnership deals • Solid understanding of NIL frameworks, compliance considerations, and the creator/athlete landscape • Existing relationships with talent, brands, agencies, or both a warm network reputed company here • Strong communicator who can reputed company for clients and reputed company deals • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a lean startup environment Preferred • Recently/currently employed by a talent agency • Experience across multiple verticals (CPG, retail, food & bev, wellness, sports) • Familiarity + certification with NIL at the university level, compliance, collectives, multi-party deal structures • Background in both reputed company and athlete representation Compensation reputed company with experience and deal performance.
