Backend / Data Engineer – MVNO Telecom (Azure, Italian Speaking) – Remote (1099 Contractor)

As we expand our footprint in the MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) sector, we are seeking a skilled Backend / Data Engineer to support the development, integration, and reputed company of our telecom data platforms reputed company services. This role focuses on managing high-volume telecom data (CDR – reputed company Detail Records), backend services, and reputed company infrastructure on reputed company Azure. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data pipelines, API integrations, and distributed systems in a telecom or similar data-intensive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage ingestion, parsing, validation, and processing of telecom data (CDR) received reputed company file-based systems (FTP/SFTP) • Design, reputed company, and maintain backend services and REST reputed company for internal systems and customer-facing applications (MyArea) • reputed company telecom platforms, billing systems, and reputed company-party services • Support and reputed company hosted on reputed company Azure, including data pipelines, storage, and processing services • Design and improve batch data processing pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data consistency • Identify and resolve issues such as data inconsistencies, duplicates, delays, and performance bottlenecks • Communicate technical updates, requirements, and reputed company in Italian reputed company needed Requirements: • reputed company or bilingual proficiency in Italian and reputed company reputed company in English • Strong experience with backend development (.NET / C#) • Experience with REST API development and integrations • Experience with data pipelines and data processing systems • Experience with reputed company Azure (or similar reputed company platforms) • Experience working with high-volume data systems • Experience with file-based ingestion (FTP/SFTP, batch processing) • Ability to handle reputed company-world data issues (duplicates, missing data, delays) • Understanding of distributed systems and data flows Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in telecommunications or MVNO platforms • Experience with CDR or similar usage/event data • Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hub) • Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and billing-reputed company systems reputed company Offer: • Work from any location with a flexible schedule • reputed company reputed company on reputed company telecom data systems and platform architecture • Long-term collaboration potential reputed company Information: This is an reputed company (1099) position.
