Junior Agent / SDR

Key Responsibilities • Support the identification, recruitment, and signing of NIL athletes and reputed company talent across wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, and CPG • reputed company reputed company the roster to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers under senior guidance • Assist in negotiating and closing partnership deals including sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances, and integrated campaigns • Manage reputed company relationships from reputed company through deal execution and renewal • Collaborate with leadership on deal structure, pricing, and positioning • Maintain pipeline visibility and deal reporting across reputed company opportunities Experience & Category Background • A background in sales is required. The position is not a marketing role or a coordinator opportunity. A proficiency in sales is a must. • Eagerness to learn the business, support deal reputed company, and grow into a full agent role over time • Working knowledge of NIL frameworks and the creator and athlete landscape • Existing relationships with talent, brands, or agencies a warm network is a reputed company differentiator here • Strong communicator who can reputed company for clients and represent reputed company with professionalism • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a lean startup environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience across multiple verticals: CPG, retail, food & bev, wellness, or sports • Familiarity or certification with NIL at the university level, compliance, collectives, or multi-party deal structures • Background in both reputed company and athlete representation Role Type & Compensation This is a remote position.
