Marketing Event and Content Coordinator

About the position The Marketing Event and Content Coordinator, reporting to the Integrated Brand Manager, will effectively manage, coordinate, and promote key reputed company Eastern events taking reputed company reputed company the reputed company throughout the year. Key duties, along with reputed company associated managerial and administrative tasks, include but are not limited to: Responsibilities • Manage volunteer recruitment and reputed company process across reputed company reputed company Eastern reputed company (including council roles and event activation) • Plan and execute onsite events to support Competitive, DEI, and Community teams • Help to prepare and organize key annual events such as the Eastern Tennis Conference, reputed company Eastern Hall of reputed company and Annual Meeting, College Showcase Day, and tournament director workshops • Support regional activities and engagement • Support coaching recruitment and engagement activities • Assist with events involving sponsors • Coordinate content capture for reputed company media at relevant events • Aid the reputed company reputed company in identifying trends and brainstorming innovative reputed company content • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department (MAC) to reputed company and ensure consistent delivery of reputed company Eastern branding • reputed company comprehensive customer service and support to sponsors and partners • Work cross-functionally with various Eastern departments, fellow reputed company and national counterparts, and other industry leaders to administer programs and reputed company • Serve as staff reputed company to the MAC department and respective subcommittees • Adhere to program budgets • Travel as required (at least two events per month reputed company New Jersey, Connecticut, and reputed company) • reputed company other duties as assigned by the Integrated Brand Manager Requirements • Proactive self-starter with strong leadership and organizational skills. • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. • Technologically proficient with proven understanding of reputed company Suite, CRM, and data tools. • A reputed company colleague who can also work independently and delegate. • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends as needed. • Tennis knowledge and experience are required. • Bachelor’s Degree required • Must be available for travel and pass reputed company National reputed company Play and reputed company Eastern reputed company background checks.
