Senior Leisure & Sports Event Planner

This role is critical for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse reputed company of engaging and memorable events, from large-reputed company tournaments to exclusive sporting getaways. You will manage reputed company aspects of event production, including budget development, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, marketing reputed company, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate possesses a proven reputed company record in event planning, a passion for sports and recreation, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders to bring creative event visions to life, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences. Key responsibilities include: Developing innovative concepts and comprehensive plans for leisure and sports events. Managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met. Sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors for venues, catering, entertainment, and other services. Coordinating reputed company event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, accommodation, and reputed company. Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to reputed company event branding and promotional materials. Overseeing on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high-reputed company guest experience. Conducting post-event analysis, including financial reconciliation and performance reporting. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sponsors, athletes, and venue partners.
