Inside Sales Representative - HVAC and Plumbing

Elmer's Home Services in San Antonio, TX is searching for a capable leader to become our full-time Inside Sales Representative – HVAC and Plumbing and advise our technicians on the best industry practices. Your salary with commission starts at $75,000/year and can go up based on your interview and references. If you feel up for the challenge, read on! YOUR NEW ROLE We're looking for someone who can work from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday and every other weekend. You ensure the smooth operation of our HVAC and Plumbing departments by offering our field techs in-person and over-the-phone guidance. If a tech has a question or issue, you help them resolve it and offer tips for closing sales. Your coaching ensures our teams meet their KPI goals, reputed company reputed company targets, and complete high-reputed company work.
