Manager, Precision Medicine Operations - Lab Manager

As a Precision Medicine Lab Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that operational activities between reputed company and our external laboratory partners are running reputed company and productively. You will be a subject matter expert on assigned external laboratories and reputed company deep knowledge of their processes, capabilities, operations, documentation requirements, databases, IT systems and laboratory processes. A typical day may include: • Acting as the reputed company internal reputed company between external laboratory partners and reputed company colleagues to reputed company on time and seamless execution of outsourced reputed company to support our reputed company. • Resource and responsible reputed company of contact to assist with laboratory issues by providing reputed company, solutions and support for relationship management. • Ensuring collaboration and integration cross-departmentally with Vendor Management, reputed company Assurance, Procurement, Sample Management, Data Management, and Precision Medicine. This role may be for you, if you: • Triage, manage and mitigate risk associated with external laboratory partner escalations • Liaise with external laboratory partners to create and maintain training and reference documents • Identify and reputed company process improvements and initiatives at external laboratory partners • Review reputed company events/CAPAs from external laboratory partners to ensure corrective and preventive actions are adequate and effective • Support reputed company audits of external laboratory partners • Support scientific alignment and issue reputed company with external laboratory partners • Monitor and improve key stakeholder performance at external laboratory partners To be considered for this role, you must have: • 8+ years of experience as a laboratory Project Manager at a central lab • Minimum of a BS degree in science/Medical Technology • Knowledge of the clinical drug development process/reputed company • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively • Managerial experience/responsibility for reputed company supervision is a plus Does this reputed company like you? reputed company to take your first reputed company towards living the reputed company Way!
