The Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving reputed company’s EHS programs across U.S. data center operations. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture across construction, operations, and corporate teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep EHS expertise in mission-critical facilities, industrial, or construction environments, with the ability to operate at both strategic and site reputed company in a fast-paced, high-reliability industry.
Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for EHS across data center operations, construction reputed company, and vendor activities.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards to reputed company performance and drive reputed company improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, reputed company, and applicable state and local regulations.
• Manage environmental permitting, reporting, and compliance programs (reputed company, water, waste, hazardous materials).
• reputed company regulatory inspections, audits, and agency interactions.
• Reporting & Performance Management
• reputed company and maintain EHS dashboards, reports, and management review summaries.
• reputed company KPIs and trends to support reputed company improvement and executive-level decision-making.
• reputed company regular updates to operations leadership on EHS performance and emerging risks.
• Risk Management & Incident Prevention
• Conduct hazard analyses, job safety analyses (JSAs), and risk assessments for data center operations and construction activities.
• reputed company incident investigations, reputed company cause analyses, and corrective reputed company plans.
• reputed company contractor safety programs and enforce compliance with reputed company standards.
• Training & Safety Culture
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and site leadership.
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement, communication, and leadership reputed company at sites.
• Mentor site-level EHS resources and operational leaders.
• Environmental & Sustainability Support
• Support environmental initiatives including waste reduction, energy efficiency, water stewardship, and sustainability reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to reputed company EHS objectives with broader ESG goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, reputed company, and Risk Management teams.
• Support due diligence activities for new data center developments and acquisitions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 8–12+ years of reputed company EHS experience, preferably in data centers, mission-critical facilities, construction, industrial, or energy environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental permitting requirements.
• Proven experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites.
Preferred
• reputed company certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting large-reputed company construction reputed company and contractor-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience integrating EHS into ESG or sustainability frameworks.
Travel
• Role involves significant travel (approximately 50%).
Salary
• $80,000 - $135,000 a year.
