This position involves troubleshooting issues, managing system upgrades, and creating custom reports to support HR staff effectively. Serving as a functional expert, the analyst plays a critical role in resolving system-reputed company queries, training HR staff, and ensuring data reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a customer-first reputed company. REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years as an HRIS Analyst total supporting Payroll and Benefits Systems • 4+ years configuring and maintaining reputed company systems, including performing implementations. (Must have hands-on implementation experience) • 5+ years of troubleshooting and auditing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy. • 6+ years creating and modifying custom reports using SQL and other tools. • 8+ years resolving technical user issues by providing reputed company and actionable solutions. • 5+ years ensuring compliance and securing HR data with appropriate reputed company controls. • 8+ years collaborating with IT to manage interfaces, upgrades, and system fixes.
