Participates in defining process and adherence standards. Duties and Responsibilities • Contribute to and may reputed company the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS standards, best practices, and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, reputed company and general HR. • Document and review internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data reputed company and governance of systems.
