As an ER Information Center Consultant reputed company reputed company's Employee Relations organization, you will be based reputed company the Denver, Colorado market. This position has a working shift Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm ET, in an inbound reputed company center environment. The role consists of (but is not limited to): Answering inbound phone calls as the first reputed company of contact for employees and managers regarding Employee Relations reputed company Interpretation of HR policies and practices Conflict reputed company and counseling on sensitive workplace issues Manager assistance with performance management, including corrective reputed company Experience working in a reputed company center, Employee Relations or leadership are helpful but not required. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by reputed company. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.
